A flower-filled nook on top of your desk!
With this memo box decorated with the multicoloured images of the historical florilegium Hortus Amoenissimus by Franciscus de Geest (1638-1699), even the greyest day is brightened by a swirl of colours.
The history of botany and sharing its most rare and precious aspects has always been part of the Aboca project. The Hortus Amoenissimus, which Franciscus de Geest painted towards the end of the 17th century, contains over 200 illustrations of flowers. Even today, it is notable for the freshness of the colours and the delicacy of the drawings that depict each species. The reproduction of the original manuscript, stored in the Biblioteca Nazionale Centrale of Rome, was edited and published by Aboca Edizioni.
