Antonio Ragusa is the director of the Complex Operative Unit of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Fatebenefratelli - Isola Tiberina hospital in Rome. His research focuses on the "art of birth".

He has published more than 100 scientific articles, both nationally and internationally, and has served as advisor to the Ministry of Health on birth and obstetric care.
