3. How can I buy products?
Click on the product you are interested in and you will automatically see a detailed description of the product itself.
Add the product to your trolley
. To buy a product by adding it to your trolley, all you have to do is click on the link contained in the picture of the product, and then the one positioned next to the wording “add to trolley”.
View the contents of your trolley
. You can view the status of your trolley at any time by activating the link next to the wording “see trolley” shown at the top of your screen. Inside the trolley, you will see a brief description of the products you have chosen, the quantities you have selected, the prices of the products, and the total amount to be paid. Delivery costs will be added after you have keyed in the data required for dispatch of the goods, and these costs will depend on the weight and the destination of the goods.
Remove products from the trolley.
In order to remove items from your trolley, all you have to do is activate the link positioned on the word “Remove” situated next to the product, or activate the link on the wording “Empty trolley” in order to remove all items present in your trolley.
Modify the contents of the trolley
. You can modify the quantities of each product ordered, present in the trolley, by clicking on the quantity you want from within the “Quantity” box and confirm the change using the link on the word “Update”.
Complete the purchase.
Once you have chosen the products you wish to buy, control the quantity of each product, the cost, and then activate the link on the wording “complete purchase”. You will then be required to key in your personal details on the Form shown, taking care to fill in all the required fields.

4. How will the goods be delivered?
Your purchased items will be sent directly to the address you indicated in the order. The invoice will only be attached to the shipment if you explicitly ask for it when you place your order.
The goods will be delivered by the courier
Delivery, by courier, will be made directly to the address of the Purchaser, who shall ensure that there is someone at the said address to receive the delivered goods. In the event that the Purchaser is not at the given address when the courier arrives with the ordered goods, a failed delivery note will be left; in this case, the Purchaser will have to personally arrange for the goods to be collected as quickly as possible (as indicated in the failed delivery note). Delivery will only be made on weekdays, and without prior notice; nevertheless, the Purchaser may indicate the times that he/she is present at the delivery address. Should the goods remain undelivered, the cost of storage will be charged to the receiver, and said cost will be calculated on the basis of the weight and volume of the goods, starting from a minimum fee.

5. Payment and security?
Payment for the goods may be made by means of credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery or PAY PAL.
(a). - Credit Card.
- Should the Purchaser decide to use a credit card, he/she will have to fill out a form with his/her personal details, together with the number of the credit card and its date of expiry, which are required in order to proceed with the purchase order. The confidentiality of the purchaser’s personal and bank details is guaranteed at all times by Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola, which does not memorise the credit card details. Transactions are guaranteed to be totally secure, thanks to the use of SSL (Secure Socked Layer - 128 bit) technology: the technology of Banca Sella or SSB guarantees that all data are fully encrypted and unreadable during the course of the entire purchase transaction.
Encrypting is based upon a mathematical algorithm which, by means of the so-called “hash” function, renders contents unintelligible to others apart from the recipient. Moreover, the algorithm serves to authenticate the wording, by means of a digital signature, which guarantees the security and reliability of the source of the document. This security is further guaranteed by Banca Sella, which plays a vital role in the authorisation of payments.
(b). - Advance bank transfer.
- Payment may be made by means of bank transfer to Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola, indicating the order number, contained in the e-mail sent at the time of placement of the order, in the description of payment field, and immediately notifying Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola of said payment. This notification of payment by bank transfer shall contain a copy of the document(s) proving completion of the declared transaction. The goods shall be dispatched when the bank transfer has been paid into our bank account, that is, within 3 to 5 days. The bank transfer shall be completed within 2 days following placement of the order, otherwise we cannot guarantee availability of the chosen product(s).
(c). - Cash on delivery.
- Should you choose to pay the courier on delivery of the ordered goods, in order to collect the goods you must pay the courier directly, or pay the person who makes the delivery to the address indicated. At the time of dispatch, you will be given a tracking number for the shipment in question.
(d). - PAYPAL.
- Should you choose this payment method, you may pay for the goods directly. The Service is provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. to all registered users within the European Union (each of whom is called a “User”), PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. is governed by a Luxembourg bank, pursuant to article 2 of the Law of the 5th April 1993 regarding the finance sector, and is subject to the prudential supervision of Luxembourg’s financial supervisory authority - the
Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier
- with registered office in L-1150 Luxembourg.
PayPal will try to settle any disputes pertaining to the supply of the Service, or to the Conditions thereof, through its own customer service centre. Should it prove impossible to settle any dispute in such a manner, the User may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service after having completed PayPal’s internal procedure for the settlement of disputes.

6. Can I withdraw from the Contract? If so, how?
If the Purchaser is also a consumer (that is, an individual purchasing the goods present in the online shop for purposes unrelated to his/her own professional or business activity, or without indicating a VAT number on the order form), then he/she shall have the right to withdraw from the contract for whatever reason.
In order to exercise this right, the Purchaser has to send Aboca S.p.A Società Agricola notification of his/her intention to exercise said right, within 10 days of delivery of the purchased product, as provided for in the General Conditions of Sale. Purchasers who buy goods using their VAT number may not exercise the said right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audiovisual or computer software products (including computer products accompanying hardware items) once these products have been opened.
The purchased product must be intact and returned carefully packed in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documents and accessories); in order to reduce the likelihood of damage to the original packaging, we would suggest, where possible, that it be put into a second box. Shipment up until the time of certification of delivery to our warehouse, remains the Purchaser’s full responsibility, and Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola shall not be held liable for any damage to, or theft/loss of, any uninsured returned goods.
The product must be sent back to Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola within 10 days. Without prejudice to the cost of repair of ascertained damage to the original packaging, Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola shall see to reimbursing the Purchaser the full price already paid for the product, within 30 days following the return of the goods, via the transfer of the sum previously charged to the Credit Card, or via bank transfer. In the latter case, it shall be the Purchaser’s responsibility to promptly provide the sort code of the bank account into which the reimbursed sum is to be paid (IBAN Code of the person to whom the invoice is addressed).
The right of withdrawal lapses altogether if the good in question (that is, the packaging and/or its contents) is not intact, or if Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola discovers one of the following circumstances: a) the use, even if only partial, of the product or of any consumables; b) the absence of the original outer and/or inner packaging; c) the absence of any accessories or parts; d) damage to the product for reasons other than its carriage.
Apart from in the above cases, Aboca S.p.A. Società Agricola shall see to returning the purchased good to the sender, charging the delivery costs thereof to the same sender.
