This table is a faithful reproduction of a piece from Siena dating back to the late 16th century, made in antique oak by local craftsmen.

The rectangular tabletop is supported by four columns with a smooth finish and distinct entasis. The plinth feet of the columns are connected at the base by four horizontal  crossbars.                                                      

A plexiglass shelf below allows for additional book storage.

The piece is complete with a 70 x 40 x 14H-cm plexiglass bookstand
